Key Contributions

CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Turning Restaurant Visits Into VIP Relationships

Designed a simple customer journey that moves guests from a physical restaurant visit to the Seoul Table VIP Club. A QR code creates the entry point, leading customers to a dedicated landing page where they can join the club and unlock an exclusive perk.

Platform: Framer

LEAD CAPTURE

Capturing Data With Future Marketing in Mind

Designed the VIP registration form to capture more than basic contact information. Custom fields such as preferred branch, favorite menu item, visit pattern, and birthday create the foundation for future customer segmentation and personalized promotions.

Platform: Tally

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Designing a VIP Experience Customers Want to Join

Created a dedicated VIP Club landing page that gives customers a clear reason to join while introducing Seoul Table's food, branches, and customer experience. The page balances lead capture with brand storytelling so the experience feels like an invitation—not just a form.

Platform: Framer

CRM FOUNDATION

Building the Foundation for Future Retention

Structured the captured customer information into a centralized database, giving Seoul Table an organized foundation for future retention marketing. Phase 1 remains intentionally simple and manual, allowing the business to validate the system and build its customer base before introducing automation.

Platform: Google Sheets

Future Expansion – PHASE 2

From Manual Tracking to Automated Retention

Once the VIP Club has built a meaningful customer base, the system can evolve into a more automated retention engine—using the customer data collected in Phase 1 to support segmentation, personalized offers, birthday campaigns, reactivation, and other targeted communications.
